SF Bay FFRF
We are the newest of 23 local chapters of the Freedom From Religion Foundation, the largest freethought association in the U.S.
The purposes of FFRF are to promote the constitutional principle of separation of church and state, and to educate the public on matters relating to nontheism.
In addition, as an FFRF chapter we provide a local presence supporting the separation of church and state, and work to grow the membership of FFRF.
As a new chapter, we are growing organically, shaped by the members who join at this early stage and help chart our course. We solicit input and engagement from all existing and new FFRF members for direction, growth, and ideas, and we need active members to help make it all happen.
To join our Chapter, you must be a current paid member of national FFRF. There is no other cost. The more members we have, the more support we get from national FFRF. To learn more and join our chapter, go to our Join Us page.
All local Chapter organizers and event planners are volunteers.
